To recap, this expertise downloads the risk adjustment model form CCIIO from the web, sets up work folder structure, adapts the model to work with MEPS, re-calculates the weights to be specific to MEPS by doing regression modeling, does data checks to see if data is ready to go, reasonability tests post-risk scoring, if everything goes well produces a summary and the detailed data is risk scored exactly how I wanted it.
